Meet Danny Barker
Danny Barker
A retired Navy veteran who turned a first VA home purchase into a career helping others buy and sell.
Danny Barker, from Chula Vista to the fleet
First, Danny listens to the plan. Then he lays out the steps for a purchase or a sale. After that, the same agent stays on the file, so you are not handed off. Also, you can check his California license, because every salesperson is listed at the Department of Real Estate.
Danny is a native of Southern California who grew up in Chula Vista. After high school he joined the U.S. Navy as a mechanic on nuclear power plants aboard aircraft carriers and submarines.
At age 20 he bought a one-bedroom condo using his VA loan and fell in love with real estate. He knew he wanted to serve at least 20 years and retire from the Navy, and after reaching that goal he moved into real estate full time.
His promise to clients is simple: a plan of integrity for your home ownership, clear communication, and someone who picks up the phone.

Let’s talk
Talk with Danny Barker
Call or send a message. Danny will get back to you directly.
(760) 497-9964
First, you talk with Danny Barker about the goal. Then he tells you what the next step is. After that, Tiffany Barker or Kyle Volan may help on the file, and you still have one point of contact. Meanwhile, the license numbers above are the ones to check. Finally, call or send a message when you are ready. Also, the plan stays the same from the first conversation to closing, so you do not repeat yourself.
Next, you can look at homes or talk through a sale. Then the market analysis shows what nearby homes have sold for. After the offer, inspections come next, and the coordinator tracks the dates. Meanwhile, you can call (760) 497-9964. Finally, closing is the point where keys change hands. Also, none of that starts until you and Danny Barker agree on the plan.
First, the search stays inside the budget you set. Then tours are only for homes that fit. After a tour, you can pause, because nothing moves until you say so. Meanwhile, questions can go straight to Danny Barker. Finally, the written agreement is what creates the client relationship. Also, until then the website is general information.
